If you are healthy and have no joint issues, you can start with one or two warm-up sets before your working sets. If you do have joint issues or past injuries, begin with some mobility drills first, followed by warm-up sets to prepare your body properly. 👉 Fix it: Spend 5–10 mins on dynamic stretches or light cardio before lifting.
